Oatmeal Breakfast bars

2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp Agave
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 TBS flax seed meal mixed with 3 TBS warm water (allow to sit for 2 mins)
1 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Dried Fruit
3/4 Cup Pepitas

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. mix dry ingredients in medium bowl
3. Mix mix wet ingredients in large bowl
4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then mix in pepitas & fruit
5. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 11 inch baking dish.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until thickened and golden.
7. Cool, cut into bars and serve.
Bars will keep 5-7 days in the fridge in air tight container.
